“Roz and I selected Sean and his team to carry out a rebuild of our hillside home following the February 2011 earthquake. From the outset we were impressed with both the management of the project and the construction standards achieved. Ours was a difficult site and, given that this was an extremely stressful time for us, it was gratifying that we were able to move into our new home in June 2012 just 7 months after construction commenced. This was, in no small part, due to the skill and co-operation provided by Sean’s project manager, Tom. Tom was a delight to work with and it is pleasing to hear that he is still part of the organisation. It was also reassuring to know that Sean was there in the background and always made himself available promptly when a client query arose.
