Construction Unlimited was established in 2003 by Sean Walker. We decided to target the extension and renovation market across Canterbury as our niche area, but soon expanded our list of services. Over the years we have risen to various challenges and taken on many one-off projects both in the commercial and residential sector and - in the last 4 years - in relation to the Christchurch earthquakes.
